Practical information

Participation
Each participant must be a member of a branch of IASPM at the time of the conference: www.iaspm.net/how-to-join
Some sessions will be broadcast online. However, remote participation will not be possible.

Registration
Registration will open soon. The registration fee for salaried academics is 200€, and 100€ for unwaged academics and students.

Transport and accommodation
The conference will take place at Campus Nation, 8 avenue de Saint-Mandé in Paris. There are many possible accommodation sites around the university, including traditional hotels, rentals, but also hostels (The People Paris Nation, one block away  from the conference site, and Joe&Joe Paris Nation) if you are looking for a more affordable option.

The closest metro stations are Nation and Picpus. The nearest public transport lines are RER A, Metro 1, 2 and 6. Do not hesitate to also look for accommodation close to other stations on these lines, especially going East on RER A or Metro line 1, even if it is not inner Paris anymore. Finally, the campus of Cité Universitaire de Paris usually have affordable rooms. Each
participating country has its own “house” where rooms might be available for students and researchers of their corresponding nationality: https://www.ciup.fr/en/buildings-list/

It will be possible for participants in need of financial support to apply for travel grants.
